Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The H2o-mizer kit will easily convert your existing toilet into an efficient piston powered dual flush toilet. The low flush setting lets just enough water into the bowl for liquid flushes. The full flush mode activates the super flushing function of the H2o-mizer. Save up to 71% on each flush. This is comparable to savings achieved in new dual flush toilet! The H2o-mizer is also UPC approved. Our standard model fits virtually any toilet tank with a 2"-2"1/2" (I.D.) outlet. If you have a Mansfield toilet, it WILL fit. Any 2 piece toilet built before 2001 will work with this model. Unlike other dual flush converters,The H2o-mizer will fit your toilet if the tank is over 8" tall. It is easily installed in 30 minutes with no special skills. The H2o-mizer is a permanent dual flush replacement similar to getting a new and more efficient engine in your classic car. NOW!! GET OUR WATER SAVING FILL VALVE that includes our CHANGEABLE BOWL FILL ORIFICE' TO SAVE EVEN MORE WATER! It works in ANY toilet. With the introduction of low flush, H.E.T., and dual flush toilets, a lot of attention was placed on attaining an adequate flush with a reduced volume of water. Unfortunately many of the manufacturers of these toilets didn't look at the bowl fill aspect of water savings. Our tests prove that some newer toilets overfill the bowl by as much as one gallon. This means that a 1.6 gallon toilet, in some cases, is in reality a 2.6 gallon toilet. The average waste in a 1.6 gallon toilet has been about a quart and a half. At 24 flushes a day that's over 8 gallons of waste every day. Over 2900 gallons a year. Similarly, when used in older 3.5 gallon toilets or even 5 gallon toilets, the savings is phenomenal. In old toilet there is as much as a gallon and a half that just goes down the drain, each and every flush. This water doesn't fill the tank, it doesn't fill the bowl, it just goes down the drain!
Customer Reviews: GREAT Product !!!June 27, 2010 GF(Phoenix, AZ USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
What a great way to go green & save yourself some money at the same time. I was a little concerned about having to remove the tank to install, but this is a VERY simple process. Even at the lowest setting, the 1/2 flush option is completely adequate. Highly recommended product - Great customer service from the seller too !!!
