This item is high quality and matches perfectly with the other satin nickel fixtures in the powder room. Also it generates much less paper dust than the old style holder we had. Replacing the rolls is super easy so I am hoping that the other members of my family will be able to master that task now.

Great product but...July 18, 2009 Sam Kelleher(Washington DC) Flat end of the holder unscrewed and there is no way to put it back. Now have to purchase a new one... Otherwise I really like it.
